Announcement: Special Issue on Distributed Computing Algorithms and Large Data Processing Applications

Aims and Scope:

The 4th industrial revolution poses challenges in cross-disciplinary fields. Several intriging problems in sustainable agriculture, intelligent transportation, health care and education, disaster surveilance and control, etc., cannot be efficiently dealt by the traditional solutions. The recent development of communication technologies and artificial intelligent techniques faciliates collecting huge volumes of data on devices and applying distributed computing methods for large data analysis. Several novel and smart solutions with high scalability and distribution have been and are being studied and efficiently applied to solving practical problems in industries, manufactures, and services. This special issue “Distributed Computation Algorithms and Large Data Processing Applications” seeks studies in distributed computing and large data processing fields.

Papers must be tailored to the emerging fields of Distributed Computing, Large Data Processing, Industrial Application, Networking and Communication, and explicitly consider recent advancements in distributed computing algorithms and large data processing applications that can be applied to solve practical problems in sustainable agriculture, intelligent transportation, health care and education, disaster surveilance and control, etc. The guest editors maintain the right to reject papers they deem to be out of scope of this special issue. Only originally unpublished contributions and invited articles will be considered for this special issue.

The papers should be formatted according to REV-JEC's guidelines (http://rev-jec.org/index.php/rev-jec/about/submissions#authorGuidelines).

Authors should submit a PDF version of their complete manuscript via REV-JEC's submission site at (http://rev-jec.org/index.php/rev-jec/about/submissions#onlineSubmissions) to the "Special issue DCA-LDP articles" section under Journal Section according to the timetable below.
